Buy in advance and keep the pennies in your
pockets for spending at the show.
Please note that wristbands will not be sent out but can be collected on the gate. Please bring your confirmation email with you.
Refund Policy
We at Greyfest understand that sometimes things go wrong and you need to change your mind about a booking or purchase so here is our refund policy.
Physical Items such as the mugs and merchandise may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase if you change your mind as long as they are unused and in new condition. A full refund of the item only without the original postage will be given.
Wristbands can be given to another to come in your place, they are transferable before use. However, they may not be used on one day and given to another on the 2nd day.
Entry tickets can be refunded within 2 weeks of booking them.
Stallholder bookings can be refunded no less than 30 days of the event date.
Refreshment stallholders need to request a cancellation no less than 45 days notice.
Should the event be cancelled then all tickets will be automatically refunded.
Should the event be postponed then ticket and stallholders will be notified of the new date via email and all tickets will be valid for that date. Should this date be not suitable for your attendance then a refund will be issued if a request is made within 1 week of the new date being announced. The announcement will be made on Facebook, this website and via an email being sent to the booking email address. Please ensure that you keep us updated with a current email address or follow the group on Facebook. This is due to us being allowed time to find replacement stalls.
Once you notify us that you wish to cancel this will be final unless you make contact to let us know that you have changed your mind. If we have a replacement booked following your cancellation then they will take priority for the booking.
No refunds will be given until any sent tickets or wristbands are returned and received by us. These must be received before the date of the event.
Any refund will be the face value only, minus the postage cost and an admin fee per order of £2.
Refunds due to event cancellation will not incur a fee.
All cancellation requests to be made in writing.

Day visitors, please make your way to the main entrance and car par for Mount Ephraim and follow the signs from the car park to Greyfest.
Stallholders and campers in vans and cars please make your way to the cricket club entrance which can be found at the turning by 1 Staplestreet Rd, Faversham ME13 9TX. If you go to google maps and search for Greyfest it will show you the location. Please dont use this entrance if you are a day visitor as it is a turning for a home and there is no parking there.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LARGE VEHICLES:
The cricket club entrance has a steep hill for access and no room to turn a trailer around in. Campers and Stallholders in large vehicles, caravans or large trailers please make your way to the main car park and find an organiser or ring 07949 836879 for guidance.
If in doubt about your vehicle please message us ahead of time.
We have bins for dog waste but no other facility this year for larger amounts of rubbish, so please take it home and don't fill the bins belonging to the gardens with waste. We need to respect the grounds and leave it undamaged and as clean as we find it.
There are toilets and water up at the cricket pitch, please don't use the water by the house, please only draw water from the tap behind the pavilion. There are toilets between the car park and the cricket pitch but please if possible during the event use the ones in the pavilion and leave these for the visitors to the house and gardens. We want to cause as little disruption to the normal running of the venue as possible and not spoil the enjoyment of the gardens for anyone.If you find any toilet without toilet roll, blocked or needing attention in any way please let one of us know asap so that we can address it.
All dogs to be kept on leads at all times anywhere on the grounds and car parks of the venue. There is a lot of wildlife, also Ducks and Pheasants that roam free and it is our duty to protect them. Whilst we don't wish to be heavy handed, I must say that anyone found with a dog off lead will be asked to leave immediately with no entry refund and will not be welcome at future events. Please also use muzzles as appropriate for dogs that are reactive or excitable by prey or smaller, fluffier dogs as we do welcome other breeds.
There are a few off lead enclosed spaces locally if you are camping and the closest being https://www.hugosfundogfield.com There are also local countryside walks for on and off lead walks nearby.
